Themed Evenings

Trafalgar Night
Trafalgar Night is a celebration of all things Naval. Tots of Rum feature heavily in this evening, as do the original dispatches from the battle and a more light-hearted look at what would happen today !
The evening features a traditional Trafalgar Night menu, complete with Parading the Beef.
Christmas Special
The December meeting of the lodge is always a special night. On this evening we have a retinue of visitors from the Prince Of Wales lodge. The 'official' business of the lodge is kept as short as possible in order to allow more time at the festive board.
At this festive time we would generally have the Salvation Army band playing and everyone participates in carol singing. Much amusement and frivolity is had by all - A great way to start the festive season.
Burn's Night
Wee, sleekit, cowran, tim'rous beastie,
O, what a panic's in thy breastie!
....
Rabbie Burns is celebrated on this night with a traditional Burns Night supper, bagpipes, and a plethora of Burn's poems and stories - not to mention the odd dram or two.
A night not to be missed !
